Healthy Rewards is our member program that allows you to collect points on your purchases at Community Care Chemist. By joining our community, you’re supporting Geelong’s only not-for-profit community pharmacy.
To sign up to Healthy Rewards, follow these easy steps:
Online: Simply fill in the form above and pay your $1 membership fee online via credit or debit card.
In-store: You can sign up in-person at any Community Care Chemist location. Simply ask a staff member for assistance, and they’ll help you create your account. Once you sign up and pay the $1 one off membership fee, you’ll be issued with 100 welcome points on your member account – equal to a $10 credit^ to use on your next purchase in store.
Yes, there is a one off $1 membership sign-up fee.
You can collect points with Healthy Rewards by making eligible purchases in-store. For every $1 spent, you’ll collect 1 point (excluding prescription products & professional services).
To collect Healthy Rewards points, provide your name or phone number at check out in-store to collect points against your membership.
For every 100 points earned you’ll receive a $10 credit# to spend in store at Community Care Chemist.
Yes, your Healthy Rewards points are valid for 3 years from the date of credit to your member account.
You can check your Healthy Rewards points balance by either:
Going in-store: Ask a staff member in-store to check your points balance for you.
Checking your receipt: Your points balance is shown on your receipt after making a purchase.
To update your personal details for Healthy Rewards, such as your email address or contact number, please visit your nearest Community Care Chemist and the friendly staff in store can update your details for you.
As a member of Community Care Chemist Friendly Society, you are entitled to receive regular membership communications, notices of annual general meetings and accounts and the opportunity to vote at our Annual General Meeting, in accordance with our constitution. You may unsubscribe from email and/or SMS communications attached to your Healthy Rewards membership using the unsubscribe option available at the bottom of each message. You will remain a Community Care Chemist member and continue to accrue Healthy Rewards points on eligible purchases in-store.
If you wish to completely cancel your membership, please email enquiries@communitycarechemist.com.au with your full name, contact number and email address.
Please note that the $1 membership fee is non-refundable, so cancelling your membership will not entitle you to a whole or partial refund.
Voluntary termination by you forfeits all membership benefits, points accrued and rewards earned.
^The 100 welcome points/$10 credit is valid for use for in store purchases for 3 months from date of issue. Excludes prescription products, professional services or products and/or services which Community Care Chemist sells or provides on behalf of charity organisations. Employees of Community Care Chemist are excluded from vouchers issued under Healthy Rewards. Minimum purchase spend of $10 must be reached to redeem your welcome points credit.

#A minimum spend equal to or greater than the reward voucher value must be reached to redeem. Reward points are valid for 12 months from date of issue and cannot be used for prescription products professional services or products and/or services which Community Care Chemist sells or provides on behalf of charity organisations.
