A medication blister pack is a pre-packed sealed medication tray we prepare in our pharmacies. We organise all your prescribed tablets, vitamins or over the counter medications into one pack for the whole week.
Each compartment is labelled with the day and time so there’s no guesswork. It makes it easy to stay on track with your medication routine.
No sorting, no counting, and no wondering ‘did I already take that today?’
Medication blister packs are ideal for anyone who:

Please bring with you;
Our medication packing fee is $7.70 per week, plus the cost of your medication which is charged separately per prescription or over the counter item.
No referral is required to start our medication packing service, we do require a medication summary from your GP so we can understand you medication routine. We can then liaise directly with your GP should we have any follow up questions about your prescriptions.
Our medication packs have 4 time slots per day (example; breakfast, lunch, dinner and bed) across 7-days making 28 slots in total. We can fit multiple medications in one slot so there’s plenty of room!
If your medication schedule is very complicated, our pharmacists and dispensary technicians can discuss the best option for your situation.
Each medication pack clearly lists your medication, dosage and our pharmacy details so you can always understand what you’re taking.
Our pharmacists will also provide you with ongoing medication advice and regular medication reviews, through our free MedsCheck service.
In your MedsCheck consult, your pharmacist will review which medicines you are taking, and advise what each medicine does, so you are informed and supported with your medication routine.
You can get your medication packed in a weekly, fortnightly or monthly supply.
You can collect your medication blister pack from your nearest Community Care Chemist store, or you can have it delivered to your home for free.
