Fill in our web form above to set up a delivery account, your preferred Community Care Chemist store will be in touch to get your medication ordering and delivery preferences set up. Alternatively, you can pop into your nearest store and ask your pharmacist about setting up delivery of your prescription.
Prescription deliveries are paid monthly via account invoice. Your outstanding account charges are sent to you at the start of each month via email. Your payment is then due to us within 30 days of receiving your account charges. Your payment can be made via direct debit (preferred), in store, or via bank transfer.

Free home delivery for prescriptions is available to residents in Geelong, Lara and Leopold.
Same day delivery is available for all prescriptions orders made by 9.00am that day. Orders placed after 9.00am will be delivered the following business day.
Urgent on the day medication delivery for orders placed after 9.00am can be arranged for a $15 delivery fee, please chat to your nearest pharmacy to arrange.
Prescription medications including medications in their original packaging or via dose administration aids (e.g. blister style Webster–paks, sachet systems or packettes and pill boxes). You can add over the counter items to your standing prescription medication order as needed, chat to your nearest Community Care Chemist to arrange.
No, as long as your order contains prescription medication, the delivery is free!
Medicines and pharmacy deliveries cannot be left unattended at a residence, only handed directly to the patient or carer.
A ‘MISSED DELIVERY NOTICE’ will be left at your residence advising that a delivery was attempted, and items have been returned to your dispensing pharmacy for you to collect.
Please note, if a delivery is requested again, you will incur a $15 delivery fee.
Due to traffic and other factors outside our control, you cannot be allocated a delivery time, only a delivery day.
You are welcome to nominate the most suitable day Monday to Friday for you to receive your prescription medication delivery.
At this time, our delivery service is only available Monday to Friday.
Free delivery is only available once per week per customer, any additional medication deliveries will be charged at $15 per delivery.
