It takes more than just food to ensure the doors of The Outpost, one of Geelong’s local homelessness organisations remain open.
We recently worked with our IT partner Virtual IT Group to set up one of our refurbished pharmacy computers for The Outpost to use in their administration office.
Rehoming our older IT systems not only serves as an act of sustainability, keeping older technology out of landfill, it also ensures that organisations like The Outpost can focus on allocating its resources towards supporting their community and feeding people in need in Geelong.
With nourishing meals and a welcoming atmosphere, The Outpost provide hot, nutritious food, drinks, and even pet food to those in need in Geelong.
Beyond meals, The Outpost offer essential support through material aid like clothing, hygiene products, blankets, pharmacy vouchers, and a mobile charging point, while fostering connection and community.
