Free delivery frequently asked questions

Fill in our web form above to set up a delivery account, your preferred store will be in touch to get your ordering and delivery preferences set up. Alternatively, you can pop into your nearest store and ask your pharmacist about setting up delivery of your script. 

Prescription deliveries are paid monthly. Your outstanding account charges are sent to you at the start of each month via email. Your payment is then due to us within 30 days of receiving your account charges. Your payment can be made via direct debit (preferred), in store, or via bank transfer.

Free home delivery for prescriptions is available to residents in Geelong, Lara and Leopold. 

Same day delivery is available for all orders made by 9.00am. Orders placed after 9.00am will be delivered the following business day.  

Urgent on the day medication delivery for orders placed after 9.00am can be arranged for a $15 delivery fee, please chat to your nearest pharmacy to arrange.

Prescription medications including medications in their original packaging or via dose administration aids (e.g. blister style Webster–paks, sachet systems or packettes and pill boxes). You can add over the counter items to your standing prescription medication order as needed.

No, as long as your order contains a prescription medication, delivery is free! 

Medicines and pharmacy deliveries cannot be left unattended at a residence, only handed directly to the patient or carer.  

A ‘MISSED DELIVERY NOTICE’ will be left at your residence advising that a delivery was attempted, and items have been returned to the dispensing pharmacy for you to collect.  

Please note, if a delivery is requested again, you will incur a $15 delivery fee.

Due to traffic and other factors outside our control, you cannot be allocated a delivery time, only a delivery day.

You are welcome to nominate the most suitable day Monday to Friday for you to receive your prescription delivery. 

At this time, deliveries are available Monday to Friday only. 

Free delivery is only available once per week, any additional medication deliveries will be charged at $15 per delivery.

Terms & Conditions

  • We require the original paper prescriptions, which we can collect before your first delivery or you can drop into your local store. E-scripts can be emailed, texted or sent in via the MedAdvisor app to your selected pharmacy.
  • Free delivery is for orders containing a prescription. 
  • If you only order non-prescription items a minimum spend of $25 is required for free delivery, otherwise a $5 service charge will be incurred.
  • Accounts will be sent via email on a monthly basis.
  • Free home delivery is available to residents in Geelong, Lara and Leopold
