We are thrilled to announce that Community Care Chemist is now stocking Farm Door – a delicious selection of healthy, ready-made meals at Community Care Chemist Bellarine Village.

Crafted with locally sourced ingredients and inspired by family recipes, each meal is designed to nourish your body and make healthy eating convenient and enjoyable.

Get a healthy, nutritious main meal for $16.99 each.

Petite and kids sized meals also available.

Did you know?

Eligible Home Care Package (HCP) and NDIS participants can pay 30% of the cost of their meals (that’s just $5.10 each!), with the remaining 70% paid by their Plan Manager.

A Farm Door meal account must be set up with Community Care Chemist prior to purchase.

HCP and NDIS Farm Door ordering – how it works

When purchasing in store, Community Care Chemist will process your payment in two parts:

1 – You pay 30% of the meal cost at the register.

2 – The remaining 70% will be invoiced via your Community Care Chemist Farm Door account to your HCP or NDIS provider.
